Where we ship

We ship across the United Arab Emirates, and internationally to selected countries.

UAE delivery rates

International delivery

Flat rate of AED 70 to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charge.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [3 business days] of being placed. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

• UAE: [8–10 business days] after dispatch
• International: [10–14 business days] after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur during peak periods, Ramadan and Eid, and due to customs clearance on international orders.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven't received tracking within [14 days] of ordering, email us at hello@rahayaa.com.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery to a corrected address may incur an additional charge.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at hello@rahayaa.com with your order number within 7 days. We'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

رسوم التوصيل داخل الإمارات

الشحن الدولي

رسوم ثابتة ٧٠ درهماً للدول المتاحة. يتحمل العميل أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد تفرضها بلده.

مدة التجهيز

يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال [X أيام عمل]. الطلبات المقدمة أيام الجمعة والعطلات تُجهَّز في يوم العمل التالي.

مدة التوصيل

• داخل الإمارات: [X–Y أيام عمل] بعد الشحن
• دولياً: [X–Y أيام عمل] بعد الشحن

المدد تقديرية وليست مضمونة، وقد تتأخر في مواسم الذروة ورمضان والعيد.

تتبع الطلب

ستصلك رسالة تأكيد مع تفاصيل التتبع بعد شحن طلبك. إذا لم تصلك خلال [X أيام]، راسلينا على hello@rahayaa.com.

العناوين الخاطئة

يرجى التأكد من صحة عنوان التوصيل عند الدفع. لا يمكننا تغيير وجهة الشحنة بعد إرسالها، وقد تترتب رسوم إضافية على إعادة التوصيل.

الفقد أو التلف أثناء الشحن

إذا وصل طلبك تالفاً أو لم يصل، راسلينا على hello@rahayaa.com مع رقم الطلب خلال ٧ أيام، وسنرتب استبدالاً أو استرداداً كاملاً دون تكلفة عليك.
